Customer Service
MCPU's billing and customer service occupies the lower level of the Montgomery County Central Permitting Building located at 444 N. Main St. in Troy (see map). We moved to this location in the Fall of 2015 to better serve our existing and future customers. The facility provides increased parking, better accessibility, and two payment windows for your convenience.
Also located in the building (upper floor) are the Planning, Inspections, and Environmental Health Departments to provide a "one stop shop" for developers, and home builders needing access to these County services. We welcome you to call, email or come see us with any question, concerns, or to let us know how we're doing and/or how we can improve our services
