Precinct Workers Wanted
Elections are made possible by regular people like YOU. Did you know it takes a team of more than 150 paid, dedicated, and trained workers to operate Montgomery County polling places each election? Poll workers are your friends, co-workers, and neighbors who serve the community to ensure voters can cast their ballot during Early Voting or on Election Day. You can do more than vote! You can play a vital role in our democratic process. Click here to find out everything you need to know about being a poll worker.
If you are interested in working in a precinct on election day or during early voting, please call us at 910-572-2024 and ask for Rhonda Johnson or Kim Batten.
We will train you, pay you for training, and pay you for all the hours you work on election day, and at early voting sites.
This is a good way to see how the election process works in your community and to make some extra money!
