Water Service Interruption - 1/30/2025
On Thursday, January 30, at approximately 8:00 AM, Montgomery County Public Utilities will temporarily shut down the water system for repairs along Lilly's Bridge Road. The work is expected to take approximately six hours to complete.
During this time, customers north of Emerald Shores on Lilly's Bridge Road, along Highway 24/27 in Mt. Gilead, and along River Road may experience low to no water pressure.
Once service is restored, you may notice air in the water lines, which is common after an interruption. This poses no health risk and can be resolved by running a faucet to flush the system.
